1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ComeSeeMeToday.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — businesses, personalities, and followers.

2. The Service

ComeSeeMeToday.com is a notification platform that allows service businesses to subscribe, personalities to register profiles and enter their schedules, and customers to follow specific personalities and receive shift notifications via SMS and/or email.

3a. Business Edition Subscriptions

• Business Edition subscriptions are $49.95 USD per month, per location
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Each subscription includes 1,000 SMS and unlimited email notifications per month
• Business Edition supports multiple personalities for the location
• Followers stay with the business location
• The business may send offers and specials to followers across all personalities at the location
• Chain businesses with multiple locations must subscribe separately per location
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

3b. Personal Edition Subscriptions

• Personal Edition subscriptions are $4.95 USD per month for one personality
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Each subscription includes 150 SMS and unlimited email notifications per month
• Personal Edition is limited to one personality
• The account owner is the subscriber administrator and subscription administrator
• The Personal Edition personality may manage their own followers, schedule, and personal QR code
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

4. Service Personality Accounts

• Service personalities register through their employer's QR code
• Personality accounts are always free — the business pays the subscription
• Personalities are responsible for keeping their schedule information accurate
• Personalities may manage their followers including blocking or removing them
• Personalities may not use the platform to spam, harass, or contact followers outside of shift notifications

5. Follower Accounts

• Followers may follow personalities by scanning their QR code and submitting their contact info
• By following a personality, you consent to receive SMS and/or email notifications from ComeSeeMeToday
• You may unsubscribe from notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking unsubscribe in any email
• Your contact information is never shared with the personality or the business

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate profile content
• Abuse the notification system to send unsolicited or irrelevant messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with the operation of the service

7. Content

Personalities are responsible for all content they upload including profile photos and bios. Content must be appropriate, accurate, and not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Business accounts that are cancelled will lose access to the platform at the end of their current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

ComeSeeMeToday.com is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
